Practice Guidelines


 

The following guidelines are recommend so that you and everyone in class has a safe, positive and peaceful experience.

  • Register for class online through our app or website.

  • Arrive to class on time. Check in at the front desk and take care of payment before class.

  • If you need to leave class early, please leave the room quietly before savasana. Thisis the most important pose of the entire practice. Do not leave during savasana or meditation, because it is disruptive to others.

  • Refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. Wear comfortable clothing. 

  • Remove your shoes at the door. It is also recommended to practice bare foot.

  • PLEASE turn off cell phones or anything that may make noise upon entering the studio. Leave I phone turned off and on shelf. Turn your apple watches off! The practice is about turning inward away from distractions.

  • Inform the teacher before class if you are pregnant or have any injuries.

  • Bring your own towel or practice rug to absorb sweat - Towels are also available for purchase and/or rental at the front desk. We have a filtered water machine for re-fills.

  • Feeling balanced spread some love by telling a friend, or giving us a review on Google, Yelp , trip advisor, etc.  You are now part of our BSY family.Please join all our social media pages, this will keep you up to date on all that is happening at the studio.
