Kim Depasquale

E-RYT 200, YACEP

As the owner of Breathe Salt Yoga, Kim is ecstatic to share her passion for yoga. You can find her practicing on land or at sea. One of her favorite quotes is by Bernie Clark - 'Use the postures to get you into the body. Do not use your body to get into the postures.' Kim feels yoga is a sacred tool that teaches us how to connect with the body, mind and breathe. Most importantly, it teaches us how to flow through life gracefully. She believes yoga helps us find the natural current within ourselves, the place that radiates love and light. Kim is a certified in Kundalini and draws inspiration from her many teachers. She is working towards her 500 hours with Shiva Rea, a mentor that she holds close to her heart. Kim's classes aim to inspire, connect and motivate students to become aware of a connection with nature and the natural rhythm of our planet and the elements.

Guilty Pleasure: Sunrise  Paddleboard Sessions

Favorite Yoga Pose: Padmasana - A reminder to find the sacredness in stillness. Our world moves faster and faster & taking time to slow down is critical for our well-being.

Christina Schultz

For me, yoga is about the connection between mind and body. The goal for my classes is that you challenge and strengthen your body, while calming your mind so you can leave with a sense of peace and contentment.

Favorite Pose:  Virabhadrasana II, or Warrior 2, because it is such a strong posture and requires a deep focus. I also LOVE practicing handstands, which I do throughout the day, every single day! I am always striving to take what I learn on my mat into my everyday life... Yoga has taught me the true meaning of patience with myself, and to let go of anything in my life that does not serve me positively.

Guilty Pleasure: definitely binging on Game of Thrones with a glass of red wine and some dark chocolate. I try to be healthy and active most of the time, but life is all about balance, right?

Pamela Johnson

Pamela Johnson has been a devotee of power vinyasa style yoga for many years. Pamela is a dedicated wife and mother with a Master of Psychology Degree from Barry University.  Pamela believes her Christian faith is nurtured by the fact that yoga has invited quiet back into her life, a quiet that connects the soul to the spirit while it builds a stronger and more flexible body. Pamela will inspire you to deepen your understanding of yoga, that if permitted, yoga can be the gateway to many things. Pamela will challenge you beyond your comfort zone to reveal a truth that "power is discovered in submission."

Adrienne Tuning

Adrienne has found something very valuable. She wants to help people. She wants to show them that they can get through anything life has to offer whether it is good or bad. There have been many ups and downs in her life and when she found yoga she found herself. Yoga has helped her through the toughest times that she thought she wouldn't be able to get through by herself. Yoga allows you to look deep within yourself and let's you create the outcome to any obstacle. Showing up to your mat is showing up for yourself. By taking this step you've already done the hardest part. It's amazing how by taking just 75 minutes out of your life can change it. Just by giving yourself time to look within. So come to your mat for the physical workout because you definitely will get one but also come for yourself. Adrienne has her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification. Her classes are fun, fresh and playful. Her upbe at personality matches the energizing music she fuses into her classes. Let your mind relax and let go of the outside world to feel true bliss after the exhilarating practice! You have all the answers so stop searching and "become one with yourself.": my mantra I will follow for the rest of my life...

Lesley Lindsey

Whether it is at an in depth retreat/ work shop, power flow class or beginner's basics class students say she draws from an intuitive tap when she teaches - "saying just what you need to hear to move your practice and your life to the next level."  Her passionate teaching style is deeply rooted in her knowledge of human anatomy, her wisdom of the energy body and an intuitive soul connection. She will challenge you in a loving and playful way - guiding you to your potential... You will leave changed and just may take a few useful life tools with you.

Favorite pose: savasana / corpse pose - brings it all together! It is said that the practice prepares us for savasana.  The resting and reseting of our central nervous system and all our body, mind and spirit systems happens if savasana. Don't miss it.

Guilty Pleasure: a heaping bowl of Cocoa Puffs. (Yes I have a secret stash!)

Why I teach: To celebrate life and YOU and this incredible journey we are on together. To laugh. Move. Breathe. Sweat. Reflect. Restore.  ....and stay real.

Debra Zembrana

Debra discovered yoga, quite by accident, and has never looked back, leading her to make a change – a HUGE change.  After 30 years, she retired from the insurance industry, took a huge leap of faith, and followed her yoga bliss.

Debra has been involved in fitness in some way shape or form since the age of 18 and holds a 2nd degree black belt.  After receiving her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in July, 2011, under the guidance of her friend and mentor Leslie Glickman,  she hit the ground running and has been teaching full time ever since.  In August, 2013, Debra received her 500 hour certification, also with Leslie Glickman.  Debra continues to attend workshops and conferences as well as maintaining a regular personal practice with a variety of teachers and styles so that she can continue to bring innovative ideas and perspective to her students.

Debra has a way of keeping it real & fun while maintaining the integrity of the practice.  She focuses on breath and movement, recognizing that proper form and alignment are the best way to prevent injury.  She blends the physical with the spiritual – advising her students that “yoga will change your life whether you want it to or not!”  She knows this first hand.

Guilty pleasure : strawberry pop tarts!  Favorite Pose – Warrior II (I am a warrior – strong and powerful…full of life).  Goals you set are goals you get – if you can see it, you must believe it to achieve it!

I teach yoga because nothing makes me feel better – absolute bliss!  I love bringing yoga to others – if I can bring to them even the smallest sense of what I feel then I have done my job as a teacher.

I love to give modifications for any level or injury. All you need to do is show up for yourself! I love my job because of my students/ friends and what they bring into the yoga room daily, whatever that may be, by the end of the class it's all good.
