Breathe Salt and Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training
BSYTT offers a balanced approach to the practice and teaching of Yoga. This includes the applications of ancient traditions and the history of the practice made applicable to today's modern living. BSYTT is a learning program rather than a teaching program. We will help you enhance your understanding of how your unequalled body and mind work, further opening both, to give you a deeper and more complete understanding of your yoga practice. This will give you the tools and the knowledge to help share your practice of yoga in a way that helps others grow and expand their own personal practices.
You will leave this program with the tools to TEACH...
To gain a clear understanding of the postures and how to sequence a balanced flow
To present your own teaching style and voice including verbal cueing and assistance
To enhance your knowledge of breath work, meditation techniques, physical and subtle anatomy
To understand the business of yoga and how to effectively market yourself
You will leave this program with the tools to LIVE...
To roll with the ebb and flow of life's changes
To encompass your whole self including the union of mind, body and spirit
To trust your intuition and follow it in faith
To embody the yogic lifestyle
