Elisa Roush, lover of life and all creatures great and small.
Elisa earned her Applied Science degree from Ohio College of Massotherapy and has been easing aches, pains and tight muscles since 2004.
Utilizing her solid foundation in Anatomy and Physiology, Elisa confidently combines her many modalities to customize a unique massage experience for her Client's individual needs.

After falling completely in love with Yoga, Elisa combined her passion for massage and yoga, becoming a Certified Thai Yoga Practitioner in 2008. She recently earned her 200HR Yoga Teacher certification in 2015 from Yoga Palm Beach.
"All of the work I do, the bodywork, yoga, nutrition, even all the corny jokes I tell, is an extension of my deeply held beliefs in holistic healing. Our bodies have a great capacity to self heal if we give them what they need. It is my sincere pleasure to serve and support your well being!".

Tanya Hallman is a loving and kind spirit who dives into the root cause of discomforts of the body helping to shift energetic blocks, bringing a sense of inner peace.
As a practicing Occupational Therapist for over 15 years, Tanya has a broad background. Her career began in the Outpatient Pediatric realm. Through a variety of continuing education paths, she came across the Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration method (MNRI). Tanya then immersed herself in the studies of MNRI, and is currently a Core Specialist Practitioner of the method. In the midst of her studies, Tanya also began to discover the connection between both Yoga and Pilates, with MNRI, based off of personal and professional experience, in treating a variety of conditions, including PTSD, pain, Post-Surgical rehab, Traumatic Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, as well as other Developmental Delays and Neuromuscular Conditions. Tanya is also a 200HR RYT giving her even more knowledge of the energetic body.
