"My job is very rewarding.  When a client comes in experiencing significant pain and leaves with a smile because they feel a sense of relief, that's an awesome thing to witness!"

After falling completely in love with Yoga, Elisa combined her passion for massage and yoga, becoming a Certified Thai Yoga Practitioner in 2008.  She recently earned her 200HR Yoga Teacher certification in 2015 from Yoga Palm Beach.

"All of the work I do, the bodywork, yoga, nutrition, even all the corny jokes I tell, is an extension of my deeply held beliefs in holistic healing.  Our bodies have a great capacity to self heal if we give them what they need.  It is my sincere pleasure to serve and support your well being!".
